That is the opinion of former Red Graeme Souness.
Klopp took Liverpool to two finals in his first season at the club but they were beaten first by Manchester City in the League Cup and then Sevilla in the Europa League final.
Last season Liverpool failed to reach any finals and in this campaign they have already been knocked out of the League Cup.
And the League Cup victory in 2012, is the only silverware Anfield has seen since 2006, when they won the FA Cup.
Souness had a glittering career as a player for Liverpool winning three European Cups and five league titles.

And Souness reckons Kloppβs personality will keep him onside with Liverpool fans but he does feel it wonβt save him from coming under pressure to win trophies.Β
“There have been encouraging signs but at the same time there have been disappointing signs,” he said.
“It is never as bad and never as good as people make out but that is football at the top end.
“The modern game is so cruel in many ways, you never really get a chance to build something but he is at a very special club where he will be given that chance and the supporters will give him a chance.
“He needs all his experience because he is at a very big club and the expectation level is there to win trophies and do well in big competitions – but that is no different to any other Liverpool manager.
“His character will help him but it doesn’t guarantee anything. At big clubs you have to be winning trophies.”
