STING?! Tusk and gang postpone Brexit discussion to see Geordie crooner

The European Council President has reportedly taken charge of tonight’s agenda and as a special treat he will take them to a show by the Geordie crooner.

Instead of getting down to the job of negotiating Britain’s path out of the EU, Prime Minister Theresa May will instead spend the night at the rock concert.

And Britain’s exit is strictly off the agenda until next month.

Leaders have been ordered to not talk Brexit because seeing the former Police frontman is a “nice and casual way to finish “ the day after discussing the topic of digital economy.

Invitations to the summit read: “We have envisioned it would be a nice and casual way to finish off the day”, according to Politico.

And Mr Tusk wrote: “We should all be aware that Brexit remains one of the main tasks for us.

“This will be the subject of our next meeting at 27 in October, on the basis of Article 50.”

The singer is in Tallinn to perform on his 57th and 9th tour.

Brexit negotiator David Davis was in Brussels today after his fourth round of Brexit negotiant with Michel Barnier.

The European Union’s (EU) chief negotiator declared European taxpayers will not shoulder the “burden” of Britain’s decision to unshackle itself from the bloc.

The Frenchman said Britain had made decisions with “serious consequences” by deciding to leave the single market and customs union.

During his own address, Mr Davis said the UK was making “decisive steps forward” in its negotiations with the Brussels club.
