Weight loss: Man got rid of his belly fat and lost three stone by cutting out THIS food

Sharing before and after images to Reddit, user Pindar80 explained how he lost weight, and also why.

Posting four images to the site, he revealed he was 37 years old, 6ft 6” and initially weighed 18.7stone (262lbs).

And he made an impressive transformation, losing just over three stone in just three months.

Revealing how he did it, Pindar80 wrote: “Cut out booze and sugar, started running 5kms every 2 days.”

He went on to explain he took up running to “sort out the black dog”, aka depression.

And commenters were impressed with his hard work, with one person saying: “Congratulations – it looks like so much more than a 44lbs loss. Great job.”

Another noted his “great progress”, while one person noted: “Cutting out booze definitely helps”.

The man who cut out sugar and alcohol is not the only body transformation to catch the eye of the internet this week.

A woman who lost an incredible two stone in just 12 weeks has revealed the exercise and diet plan she followed to lose the weight.
