Woman Who Fled Irma Now Trapped by Maria in Puerto Rico

Laurel Brannick, who evacuated from St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands to Puerto Rico to avoid Hurricane Irma, is now riding out Maria in San Juan. Speaking with TODAY live, she says that while she and her husband are safe in a shelter, they feel like “vagabonds and refugees.”
