17:00: Afternoon folks, welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Champions League with Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham and Real Madrid in action.
Last night’s British representatives managed a whopping 14 goals in three games, and yes I’m counting the five that Paris St-Germain knocked last Celtic, but I think things will be tighter tonight.
Tottenham welcome Borussia Dortmund to Wembley, Liverpool do battle with Sevilla and Manchester City make the somewhat daunting trip to Feyenoord, where Jose Mourinho’s side came unstuck last year.
Anyway, I’ll stop rambling and get things going.
LIVERPOOL vs SEVILLA
Goalkeeper Loris Karius will start Liverpool’s Champions League match at home to Sevilla in preference to regular number one Simon Mignolet.
Playmaker Philippe Coutinho will be in Liverpool’s squad for the first time this season after his back injury and failed attempt to force a move to Barcelona.
Winger Mohamed Salah sat out training on Tuesday as a precaution because of illness but is expected to rejoin the squad on Wednesday, while centre-back Dejan Lovren is set to return at the expense of Ragnar Klavan.

FEYENOORD vs MANCHESTER CITY
Manchester City will make a late decision on whether goalkeeper Ederson will feature in their Champions League Group F opener at Feyenoord.
The Brazilian suffered facial injuries in a nasty clash with Liverpool’s Sadio Mane at the weekend but has been able to train wearing protective headgear.
Captain Vincent Kompany is again missing with a calf injury and veteran midfielder Yaya Toure has been omitted from the travelling squad. Raheem Sterling is available after a domestic ban.
Manchester City provisional squad: Ederson, Bravo, Muric, Walker, Danilo, Mendy, Otamendi, Stones, Mangala, Delph, Gundogan, Fernandinho, De Bruyne, D Silva, B Silva, Sterling, Sane, Aguero, Jesus.

Dele Alli will miss Tottenham’s Champions League opener against Borussia Dortmund through suspension.
Alli serves the first of a three-match ban for his red card picked up against Gent in February, with Son Heung-min likely to take his place at Wembley behind Harry Kane.
Danny Rose and Victor Wanyama (both knee) are out, along with Erik Lamela and Georges-Kevin Nkoudou, who are still recovering from hip and foot problems respectively.

REAL MADRID vs APOEL
Europe’s dominant Champions League force remain intent on flexing their continental supremacy still further, by targeting a 13th title.
Real enter this term’s competition as back-to-back winners, further underscoring their hold on the top accolade.
Real spent 12 lean years labouring to their 10th Champions League win, long dubbed La Decima and so craved by supporters.
But with that monkey long since off their backs, Real expect to keep racking up the titles. And the Spanish press have already branded this year’s Champions League assault as La Decimotercera, the 13th.
