Arsenal transfer news: Alexis Sanchez fee to Man City looks to be agreed – David Seaman

That is the opinion of former Arsenal and England goalkeeper David Seaman.

Seaman was on talkSPORT this morning discussing the Gunners’ transfer deadline day business.

talkSPORT presenter and former Manchester United striker Alan Brazil reckons the fact Manchester City have sent a delegation to Chile to thrash out a deal with Sanchez, means a fee must have been settled with Arsenal.

“If what we here is true that a delegation from Manchester City have gone out there, that tells me the clubs have agreed a price,” Brazil said on talkSPORT.

“It’s just personal terms now.”

Seaman agreed with Brazil that looked like the case with Alexis Sanchez.

Seaman is also hopeful Gunners boss Arsene Wenger will bring some players in before the transfer deadline shuts at 11pm tonight.

“Yeah it does look like that,” he said in response to Brazil’s claim.

“What happens with his medical and stuff like that?

“It’s saddening but the only thing I can say is hopefully Arsene’s got some signings under his sleeve that no one has heard of yet.”

Sanchez is out of contract at Arsenal at the end of the season and has been linked with a move away from the club all summer.

Arsenal rejected a bid of £50million from Manchester City earlier this week.

Wenger has always maintained Sanchez will not be sold.
